Support

Should you have any problem with installing or running a game or have a question, you can always contact the customer support team. Support is free of charge to registered users (see license agreement for limited warranty, refunds etc). Limited support is also available to unregistered users for the purpose of evaluating the product.

Registration Codes

Lost or nonfunctional registration codes can be recovered or replaced by sending an e-mail to the support team, including

  • your full name
  • registration method (PayPal or Kagi)
  • the e-mail address used for registration

If your registration code does not seem to work make sure you have not confused the letter ā€˜l’ with the number ā€˜1’. It is by all means the most common cause for failure to register the software. No actual nonfunctional registration code has so far been confirmed.
